My household water pump failed late on a Sunday afternoon leaving us without water. I called a 24/7 service agent and was quoted $349 call out fee plus parts. I then tried to take it into a store the next day hoping someone could offer me same day repair, without success.

Right from the get-go they were understanding and accommodating. Charles Elgar, said if I brought the pump in, they would diagnose the fault and if repairable, do so there and then. I arrived at Hi Flo Pumps, and Charles suggested I go for a coffee – 40 minutes later and I came back to find my pump repaired and waiting for me, with a fair and honest bill too!

Now that’s what I call REAL customer service!! 10/10 and a BIG thank you to Charles and the team at Hi Flo pumps.
